RageVault — Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases made through RageVault are non-refundable. Once a config has been delivered, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
2. Non-Delivery If you have completed payment and have not received your config within 24 hours, open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/qhFntyf9f and we will resolve the issue promptly.
3. Wrong Config Delivered If you received the wrong config due to an error on our end, open a ticket in our Discord and we will correct it immediately at no extra charge.
4. Game Updates RageVault is not responsible if a config stops working due to a game update or patch. We will do our best to update configs in a timely manner but cannot guarantee refunds for this reason.
5. Chargebacks Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban from RageVault services and may be reported to Stripe for fraud. Please contact us first and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
6. Banned Accounts We do not offer refunds if your Roblox account is banned or suspended as a result of using our configs. You use our products at your own risk.
